At Midwest Foam Corp, we proudly manufacture all of our foam products at our factory in Milwaukee, WI. We create polyurethane flexible foams including reticulated and other conventional foams.
Do you need a specific foam specification, but do not need truckloads of buns? We can provide a short run for your needs.
Reticulation
Our CloudDry reticulated foam is created in a thermal reticulation chamber to make pores in the foam.
Foam buns are loaded into the reticulator, which creates a small thermal explosion. This process opens up the cells of the foam, which allows for air and water to pass through the foam.
Standard reticulated bun size is 81" x 49" x 22". CloudDry Reticulated Foam is perfect for filtration and outdoor furniture.
Cutting
We have multiple cutting stations, including state-of-the-art machines that are perfect for cushions. These sophisticated equipment setups allow for greater efficiency and accuracy in cutting, meaning we can provide you with precise, custom foam cuts.
Gluing
We use an airless spray glue system, which allows for more precise application and less waste. Gluing is used when applying fiber to foam or for foam to foam on large pieces. Our multiple glue stations allow for faster processing.
Fiber
We can offer fiber wrap of varying loft and weight. In conjunction with our gluing operations, we can create comfortable fiber wrapped cushions for your beautiful furniture.

Compression
