What We Do

We start with raw fabric and foam. We finish with a cushion that fits your spec exactly.

Cut

Every panel is measured and cut to your dimensions. Top, bottom, boxing, zipper flap, welt strip. Each piece is cut separately and consistently, order after order.

Sew

Our team stitches covers with reinforced seams at every stress point. We build in the details your clients expect: piping, tufting, decorative seams, hidden zippers, Velcro tie-downs, and non-slip bottoms.

Assemble

The foam insert goes in. The cushion ships finished, ready for your client or your showroom floor.

We stock and work with Sunbrella fabric across our full cut-and-sew line. Sunbrella gives your clients the outdoor performance they expect: fade resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and a finished look that holds season after season.
